what is default setting for applications/windows list?? unchecked some w/o writing down which
ones..
Hi douglas, and welcome to the forum.
I suppose all the boxes checked in that section is more or less the default. It all depends on whether you have site logon details etc important to you that would be removed by having Firefox and Opera cookies checked, or saved form information, or Flash cookies removed by having Macromedia and Flash checked.
There isn't anything hazardous to your PC in that section, just your sanity if you lose a lot of online registration details.
The only place to steer clear of is the advanced section under windows, unless you know what everything does.
