Just about every time I open the CCleaner 7 app it only gives me 4 options: Duiplicate File, Cloud Drive Cleaner, Settings and Help. I have to go into settings, check the app and hit uninstall. I am then given 2 options: repair or uninstall. I select repair and it fixes the bug. Please fix the bug on your end

You are seeing this as the CCleaner 7 service is not running correctly.
Please let me know which version of CCleaner you are running?
You can see this by going to Settings> About
