All other functions of the CCleaner are working fine, except for the Health Check tab, which crashes when it reaches about 50% of the scan. The program freezes, and I have to end the process through the Windows Task Manager. I’m using Windows 11 Pro 24H2 and CCleaner Pro Edition v6.35.11488 (64-bit).
Could someone guide me on how to resolve this issue? I would really appreciate any help.

Difficult to tell without knowing just which part it is getting stuck on.
It may not actually be stuck and may just be taking a long time to do something, especially if it hasn’t been run for a while (or hasn’t been run before at all).
How long had you waited before ending task?
Try running a Windows ‘Disk Cleanup’ use the ‘Run as administrator’ option.
That will probably take a long time on ‘Windows Update Cleanup’ - it usually/often does - have patience and let it complete.
PS. CCleaner doesn’t do a ‘Windows Update Cleanup’. (It used to clear it in the past, but MS changed how it works so CCleaner now lets Windows take care of it).
Does CCleaners Health Check complete after you have run Disk Cleanup?
If not then try these to see if we can work out where it may be sticking, there is no need to complete the actions just run the scans to see if they stick:
Run a Custom Clean ‘Analyse’ - If it sticks can you see where its up to at the top of the results window? If it completes then move on.
Open the Software Updater and run a Scan, Does it stick?
Open the Performance Optimizer and it will scan. Does it stick?
