im looking for anti virus program that does Not take all my RAM
I know norton is no Good
please post back urgent as i have no anti virus installed

It uses almost no ram and doesn't slow anything down. Antivir and avast are ok on ram too for the most part.
Any of those 3 will do.

That's pretty much true for WinXP or NT-based versions of Windows.
I know on Win9x systems AVG while still lite shouldn't have the resident shield default setting changed to scan all files because it will then cause some slowdowns on those older Win9x systems. Well at least it does on my old Win98 system.
Also I found out all those huge .AVG files that are about 41MB each are caused by changing the default setting of the resident shield, which is why I've left it alone with my AVG install on my WinXP system.
