Another CC v7 Bug - CC Reset W10 Color Mode Settings

This is my THIRD bug report on CC v7 corrupting my Windows 10 Pro. I reported the bug to Microsoft’s Copilot AI for a solution. Here is my question and the AI’s answer.

Me: CCleaner version 7.0 installed on my Windows 10 Professional today and performed an automatic scan and ‘cleaning.’ Afterwards it changed how several components of my Window 10 GUI displays. The backgrounds of various windows, such as File Explorer, were changed from a light-colored background to a dark-colored background. How can I change my windows’ backgrounds back to light-colored?

AI Answer: CCleaner reset or altered your Windows 10 color mode settings, which control whether apps and system windows (like File Explorer) appear in Light or Dark mode. You can restore the light-colored backgrounds with a few steps …

I used every version of CC since 2015 … and never once did any previous versions change, alter, or corrupt my Windows OS settings! CC v7 is a dangerous bug bomb … and CC charged me the extortionate price of $39.99 for my renewal subscription to buy its new Junkware that wrecked my PC. I demand a refund!

Don’t believe everything any AI tells you.

That one is simply repeating what you had just told it.

If you try the AI again but this time say that you have done the Windows Cummulative update and your colour settings changed then it will most likely tell you that Windows Update changed the settings.

PS. A week or so ago we had the Google AI quoting a users own question as posted on this forum back to them as being the answer to that same question when it was asked to the AI. (It even gave them a link back to their own question).
