More than a week ago, I had no response from them…
My request is:
I renewed my licence on: 03/04/2025, 24,95 euros.
I wish to terminate automatic renewal of: 06/04/2026.
I want my account (Manage my license) to cancel the auto-renewal.

Support are being very, very, slow to reply.
I’m afraid that ‘more than a week’ does not seem unusual at all these days, and we have many complaints here from those who have waited even longer.
All that we can suggest is that you have patience and wait for them to eventually get to you.
