If I defrag my drive and than analyze again the analyze is alot different than what it said the current state was after the defrag. Is this a bug or what?
Have you tried excluding "System Volume Information" from the defrag?
You can't defrag these files as they're in use, and Windows is adding to them as a matter of course, probably through "Shadow Copy", which backups files which are moved or modified.
