Hallo, ich möchte eine Retail Lizenz aktivieren für CCleaner plus für Mac und bekomme die Meldung ich sollte mich mit dem Internet verbinden, obwohl ich mit den Internet verbinden bin. Auch die Version Premium für mehrere Geräte für identische Meldung. Woran könnte es liegen?
Either:
The licencing server is down at CCleaner, in which case try again later.
Or.
Your antivirus and/or firewalls are set to block access to the server.
In which case check that your AV/firewalls on your devices are allowing access to CCleaner and to Avast. (avcdn.net is often used by CCleaner and can be be blocked by some AVs).
As you say multiple devices then also check if it your routers security that is preventing the connection.
