I purchased and activated CCleaner for windows. I ran the full cleaning and windows will not restart

Is it Win 10 or Win 11?
Exactly which parts, and tools, of CCleaner did you run?
(Certain Advanced sections/tools can cause issues if you don’t use them carefully).
What do you mean by parts and tools of cccleaner is it not a app for cleaning, cant a app be straightforward, why so many options for any novice give a proper solution if you know. This app deleted my chrome and edge browser extensions and they do not work anymore, what parts and tools might have did this?
CCleaner is historically a junk file cleaner.
These days it also contains various other tools, such as a Software updater a Driver udater, a Performance Optimizer, a registry editor, a duplicate finder, an uninstaller, a drive wiper, etc, etc.
These tools are there because they are useful - if you know what you are doing - and many users do want them.
However - Like any kind of powerful tool you can make a mess of things if you use them without knowing and thinking about what you are doing.
(And unfortunately some people do just that).
Unless you can tell us which ones you used then we could only be guessing what you might have done to cause your problem.
As you mention browser extensions stopping working then did you use the browser plugin tool to disable them?
If you did then you can just turn them on again either in CCleaner or in the browser itself.
