The harddrive of the my computer failed and had to reinstall a new drive. However CCleaner will not accept my Pro code as it thinks I have used my codes. How do I solve this problem
There is no way of contacting the company from the website unfortunately
Download an installer from here and double click it to install CCleaner Free version.
Open CCleaner Free and go to ‘Settings’ (the cogwheel bottom-left) > ‘My Subscription’.
Enter your existing licence key there to change the "Free’ version to ‘Pro’.
If you still want to contact support then ypu can raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
it should also open a ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note that you HAVE TO engage with the chat - If you just fill in the form and leave then you will not get a reply.
