I, I use Safe In Cloud as my password manager. After running CCleaner’s Performance Optimizer it is no longer in the Startup menu (even as disabled) and the option in Safe In Cloud to Auto-start when Windows starts is no longer functional. Any ideas?
Open the Performance Optimizer and have a look and see if it has put that to sleep.
