Advance-Hotfix Uninstallers

I hesitate checking off the advance Hotfix Uninstallers for deletion before asking if this is safe to do. After analyzing I noted a lot of DLL and exe files in the list. Anyone tell me what this feature is and is it safe to "Run Cleaner" w/box checked. Thanks~

You can find the information on Hotfix Uninstallers here.

Many use this feature if they need the space, and are sure they don't need to uninstall any MS updates because of problems.
