It would be good if an option were added to run CCleaner when someone logs off of the computer. Currently, I have to log on to the other person's account and run CCleaner to free up resources. At the moment, I am sharing a computer because mine is being repaired. I set CCleaner to run when I log on, but that clears only my personal stuff.
The pro version allows for multiple user cleaning.
If you are the administrator of the computer you can set up a startup item to run it with the auto command line enabled. it's a bit harder for log off, imho, because it can take an unknown amount of time and thus may be cut off by the log-off or the log-off may be stymied by the cleaner's prorperties.
On top of that in both instances, on a XP< machine UAC is asked even of a /auto
Either the pro, or convince the other person to cclean
I think he meant by you adding a feature to allow this to run as the computer is shutting down or to make this suspend the shutdown while it cleans and when its done then it would release the computer to allow it to shut down. Also by NOT buying the pro version!
Piriform would want to withhold some features from the free version, otherwise there would be no reason to go Pro.
