The subject line says it all. I type in my activation code, and CCleaner says I’m not connected to the internet.
I assume that you are connected to the internet?
It may be that the licence server is down, in which case try again later.
Or it may be a block at your end, we do see such blocking pretty often in peoples antivirus or Firewalls, make sure that yours are not blocking anything ‘CCleaner’ or ‘Avast’ related
For example “avcdn” server link is often blocked by some ‘security’ softwares, but it’s simply the ‘Avast Content Distribution Network’.
Yes, I am connected. No Firewalls either. The free vision is okay. I will call Tech Support on Monday. Thanks for the suggestions.
