I am reaching out for advice regarding an outstanding license I purchased for a Piriform tool (paid via Cleverbridge).
The order was placed in November 2024. I received a confirmation email stating that the order was undergoing “normal, manual processing” and that I would receive my activation code via email within 24 hours.
It has now been nearly a year, and I have still not received the email containing the activation code. I have thoroughly checked all folders.
Could anyone advise on what I should do next, or if there is a direct way to escalate this with support or a moderator here? I can provide my reference number in a private message to a moderator if needed.
Crucial Request: Since I have been unable to access or use the tool for this entire time, I kindly request that the license period officially begin on the date I finally receive the activation code, not the original purchase date in November 2024.
