Activated 60 Day Free Trial and it immediately went away with an App Update

I was using CCleaner for once and just wanted to see how much the pro version cost. When I backed out of the pricing options it offered me a 60 day free trial with no money due today but credit card info necessary for an automatic payment 60 days from now (assuming I didn’t cancel it). I wanted to use the pro features tonight and then was just going to immediately cancel the pro version as it wasn’t really worth it to me.

Immediately tonight after using all the features CCleaner updated itself to “CCleaner 7” with a new visual overhaul and it now saying that I am back to having CCleaner Free without me even having the opportunity to cancel it. I don’t care about not having the Pro features, but I’d like literally any way to cancel the charge that’s going to randomly happen in December without me just having to do a chargeback dispute with my bank after the fact.

This is a user forum. We do not have access to accounts/billing here.

You will need to contact support for trial/subscription issues.

All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
