Account stuck on old email w/No access

I hope you’re not in a hurry to get an answer, I wrote with my two email addresses that paid, one where the key currently in use is linked to it, and the other email address, the one with which I renewed. But nothing, no response for 15 days, even though I spent €70. So I also have an email problem related to the license key. But what’s funny is that the purchase confirmation email stated that there was an error with the license and that support would come to me within 1 or 2 days maximum…
