Hello, does anyone have a clue how to get support for an email switch out. I’m trying to change my email associated with the account to another that I have control over. I made mistake of using a business email from an old employer I no longer work for and now I’m stuck out of my account management. I’ve emailed several times but no response. I need to access my account so I can change not only email but the payment card.

You should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.
However you have a bigger problem if you can no longer access your registered email address.
The automatic support queue works off email addresses.
If the email you use when sending the form (or an emailed request without the form) is not showing as registered to a current valid licence then you will not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the system even shows your request to a support person.
Your previous emails are probably in the non-payer/non-priority queue.
I hope you’re not in a hurry to get an answer, I wrote with my two email addresses that paid, one where the key currently in use is linked to it, and the other email address, the one with which I renewed. But nothing, no response for 15 days, even though I spent €70. So I also have an email problem related to the license key. But what’s funny is that the purchase confirmation email stated that there was an error with the license and that support would come to me within 1 or 2 days maximum…
