I am unsure just why you have posted this here on the forum when support are already dealing with your request
(You appear to be located in the US, so I'm also unsure why those prices are the current English price with the English £ symbol).
This is a user help forum, we have no access whatsoever to your licence account.
However you should NEVER put your personal details in plain sight like that.
Posting such details where everyone can see them is asking to become a target for spam emails, or at the worst Identity Theft.

I had thouht that might be the case.
Pleas be aware that support can be quite slow these days, so it may be up to a week or more before your request gets to the front of the queue for the attention of a person.
