Please let me cancel my subscription. Seriously. How do I cancel it. It will not let me. I need it to stop charging my card. Help me now. It has been 3 months and it still wont let me cancel it. Cancel it now.

”Oops. We’re not able to find your license details right now.
Please Support for more information (and show them this message so they can help)”
When I try to support link the system seems to hang up.
