I have 3 suggestions to CCleaner:

1. Clean Ableton Live decoding cache:

2. Clean all locally cached RSS entries and e-mails from Postbox

3. Vacuum Postbox *.squlite's

Add this to a text file, name it Winapp2.ini and put it in your CCleaner folder.
