It makes opening CCleaner take 1 click, instead of 2. Windows normally tells you a program (CCleaner) wants to run, & prompts you to allow it.
Oh, of course - it's called SkipUAC. I didn't see that before. Well, I have UAC set to never notify, so I guess I can simply delete that line, right? Thank you.
If you have UAC disabled, yes, you can uncheck for CCleaner to skip UAC in options, & it will disable that task.

for clarification sake, it'll remove the task completely, not disable it.
