Regretting my decision to go with CCleaner to replace {Competition software}. The software is so slow at every stage from the Health Check through to the custom clean and driver update. Awful performance and not what you would expect from a piece of software that some have lauded. Cancelled subscription already. Are refunds possible?

If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, including the possibility of a refund, then you will need to contact support.
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note that you MUST engage with the chatbot, it is currently the only way.
If you do not engage with the chat you will not get any reply.
