Although it may seem a small thing, there is ONE ability missing from CCleaner preventing it from being perfect. Can you add the ability for CCleaner to FORCE open IE windows closed before cleaning? As an option at least when a wash is executed? Some sites, like to redirect etc, and you can't close the window. Washing with CCleaner won't force it closed either. I know it's possible as other cleaners have the functionality - if it could be added to CCleaner would make it perfect.
It would be even better implemented if it worked for all browser windows, not just IE. I suppose some sort of warning acceptance dialog would need to be present though.
