A little poll before I buy the Pro version.

So My trial just ran out. I've been playing with the trial for a little while now. Here is my question. I have run the Health check and the Custom clean and also the Registry cleaner at least 10 times in a row and every time I run them it always finds something. Most of the time it is finding the same things wrong, it might skip a test but the next time I run it they are back. Now correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it suppose to clean or fix the items that it says it is cleaning or fixing?

I don't want to buy the Pro version if it is not going to do what it says it is going to do or was suppose to do already.

Has any body else tried to do those things that many times in a row and got the same results that I have?

I hope I hear from some of the Pro version owners soon.

Thanks

What you are seeing with things coming back after cleaning is entirely normal, it's simply the way your computer works.

See the link in my signature below this post for a fuller explantion why that happens. (and how you can stop some of it if you want to).

If you can't see my signature for some reason then this is the link:

PS. the Pro version does not clean any differently from Free version.

What the Pro gives you is extra tools such as Scheduling, more Smart Cleaning options, cleaning of startup items (Health Checks 'Speed'), software updating (Health Checks 'Security'), cleaning of multiple user profiles, etc.

It also gives you technical support from Piriform if needed. (We can't answer everything here on the user forum).

As your trial has expired you should be able to see what all these 'Pro' extras are as they will now have a red 'Pro' next to them, and/or be unselectable. (the two Health Check Pro modules will be greyed out).

TBH I was quite happy using the Free version for years.

(I now have Pro because I'm a moderator here, so occasionally need to check the Pro features to answer questions).
