For 7-zip users out there
15.14 2015-12-31-------------------------- 7-Zip File Manager: - The code for "Open file from archive" operation was improved. - The code for "Tools/Options" window was improved. - The BUG was fixed: there was incorrect mouse cursor capture for drag-and-drop operations from open archive to Explorer window.- Some bugs were fixed.- New localization: Yoruba.
OK, I had to look Yoruba up. (I won't tell you where it is, you'll have to look it up too)
I can't believe there were that many users there that 7-zip had to create a localisation for them.
Come on Piriform - when can we expect to see the same localisation for our Yoruba brothers !

Yep, thats what made me reluctant to upgrade. The old version works so well. But the new one is working well so far, as far as I can tell.
Update for 7-Zip to 16.03
- Installer and SFX modules now use some protection against DLL preloading attack.- Some bugs were fixed in 7z, NSIS, SquashFS and RAR5 code.
They didn't update the homepage on my end, yet, but you can download it from here: https://sourceforge.net/p/sevenzip/discussion/45797/thread/b6a10dbd/ That is where the link on the homepage will take you to, anyways.
Also, in case anyone is still wondering about the version number scheme, they decided to do year.revision number scheme, which is why there was such a big jump between 9.x to 15.x. So it is 2016 and this is the 3rd revision, so thus the number scheme for this update is 16.03. Hope that helps anyone who may still be wondering.
