60 day trial ccleaner professional ended on 4 may billed on 10th may

I started 60 day free trial of ccleaner professional on 4 mar 2025, and it ended on 4 may i forgot to cancell the sub and cancelld it on 10may online through ccleaner app , will i be refunded i tried to mail ccleaner support from 1 week but no response and even their support website is down , please help

The Support server is down, it has been reported, hopefully someone will fix it today.

I have no idea if those are still being answered while the server is down though?
