5.27 won't install programm-file

Download by piriform downloadside 5.27.0.5976 in windows 10 64 bit 1607 14393.693 the installation skips the programm and the dll in ADMIn mode. Of course the Programm 5.26.5937 ist running in the background

This ist the first time ever (since 3.28) I remember this happens.
