#23548990 - Repeated security update

Since August 4th, I have exchanged 31 emails with your team, and even after the issue was escalated to third-level support, the problem persists. To add to my frustration, on September 7th, I received an email stating that my case was closed due to a lack of response from me, despite my consistent and timely replies. I responded to this email on the same day and have yet to receive any further communication. Are you going to resolve this issue as i am tired of contacting you and now emails come back saying that the support@cccleaner.com box is no longer monitored!

I’ll give a shout to @Laurence_CCleaner who should be able to help.

The support system has recently changed to provide ‘Live Chat’ and as part of the change the support email address appears to have now changed to unmonitored.

Jan got back to me on 15th October and i provided all the information requested. 7 days later still no response from Jan

19th October had yet another email from CCleaner stating that as i had not replied the case was closed - see below together with my response

Here we go again – closed the ticket when I did reply to you several times and you didn’t respond, I will now ask the bank to reverse the subscription payment made to you. I am tired of contacting you only to be ignored and closing the case is the quickest option for you

Your customer service is an absolute shambles - guess it is now time to terminate business with CCleaner and see a full refund and compensation for the time i have spent sending countless emails to you with the same information over and over again

I am extremely unhappy.

I asked for my profile and messages to be completely removed from ccleaner ask the community but you have not done so - can you please deal ASAP
