2 questions about CCleaner

I’ve been using CCleaner for quite awhile, and notifications have been saying I should upgrade to the paid version. I have two questions:

First, as I don’t have pay apps like Paypal etc., how would I go about purchasing it?

Second, as I hope to get one of my old computers in working condition again, would I be able to use the paid version of CC. on both computers, or is it only for one computer? (both are desktop PC’s)

Paypal is just one option, you can use a Debit/Credit card.

How many devices you can use a licence on depends on which licence you buy, CCleaner Pro (1 device), Pro Plus (3x devices), or Premium (5x devices).

‘Devices’ means any of PC, Mac, Android, in any combination for the 3x and 5x.
