2.0 Bug: Recent Program on Start Menu don't repopulate

Hi, after cleaning with v2.00.475(BETA), the list of recent program on the Start Menu don't re-populate. It stays empty. See screenshot.

The Menu seems to start populating again after a reboot. Works, but not nice. <_<
