I use CCleaner Professional v 6 29 11342
After I did the health check several times today, one message always remained:
1 security and performance problem not resolved.
Under Performance Optimizer, eleven program names are listed that slow down operation. But that is not a security problem. I cannot find the security problem; there is no further indication of it either.
What can I do to fix it?

Firstly if it is only saying one issue then that’s unlikely to be PO where you say that there are 11 items that you have chosen not to put to sleep.
Neither is it driver Updater.
Personally I have have items in both of those too and still see this:
I’m guesssing that it will be an app that isn’t updated.
Is there a red number on Software Updater in the sidebar?
If you open Software Updater then what does that say?
(Software Updater will sometimes show different things to update than Health Check).
