after update windows 2 weeks ago it uninstalled the ccleaner it seems , if try install it again it give all the time this eror

Where are you getting the CCleaner installer from? or where are you trying to download CCleaner from?
Which version of CCleaner are you wanting to install, CCleaner 7 or CCleaner v6.39?

What version of Windows do you have? Windows 10… Windows 11?

ye windows 11 but the upgrade version without chip
like say it happend after 2 weeks ago new upgrades from windows and also the new version from CCleaner and yes 64bit
Perhaps there is a chance your system profile has gotten a bit messed up with all the updates from Windows and CCleaner Using cmd prompt or powershell as admin do a Dism and then a System File Check.
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. (You need to be connected to the internet)

I think the issue here may be a Windows one.
Probably a failed update to 25H2 - failed because you have a tweaked “no chip” machine.
You may have to do a new “tweaked” install of Windows 11 25H2.
Did you use Rufus to install Win11 last time or was it some other method.
Whilst tweaked machines can do the monthly Windows Updates they can’t do the yearly “H” updates. On such machines that needs a new install with new tweaks.
