I ran the dial-a-fix in compatibility mode and repaired permissions but nothing happened. I still haven't got any feedback on the bug where the program is removing my Synaptic trackpad entries. I downloaded the new version 1.39 and the synaptic trackpad entries still appear. I am not even sure anything was changed in the issues cleaner.
