bookmarks and email are getting deleted

I've been using CCleaner for 2 months now, and weird things are happening since I started using it.

 

First, I've had some bookmarks deleted, whole folders of them. Like my news folder, which contained about a hundred links.

 

Second, my roommate logged on to his msn email account yesterday, and found that 30 or so of his most recent emails, which he had not read yet, had been deleted. Could CCleaner be deleting these files, and if so, what do I change in the options menu to prevent this from happening?

 

Also, what option setting do I change so I won't have to keep entering my username and password to enter my Yahoo email account?
