Stephen Posted January 6, 2007 Share Posted January 6, 2007 My mobo (Intel Bad Axe 2) has a 4-pin connector for the cpu fan. The directions indicate that if a 3-pin fan is connected, the fan will run at full speed. I have a Ninja HS with a Scythe "S-FLEX fan. The fan comes with a 3 pin connector, that includes a 4 pin adapter. the adapter is a single wire connected to the 3 pin connection. Is there a way to connect this fan with the 4 pin connection on the mobo and have the mobo automatically adjust the speed? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
