erflungued
Hi Guys. Searching thru my filesystem, I found some files in the Media Player Art Cache that look like that they need deleting. The path on my pc: C:\Documents and Settings\Home\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Player\Art Cache\LocalMLS Files in this folder look like they may have a CLSID format. eg: {0D466CD5-71CE-4AA1-865F-C4ED3128AB70}.jpg Also this folder looks like it needs checking - (no files found here thou): C:\Documents and Settings\Home\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Player\Transcoded Files Cache
Moderators Andavari Posted December 30, 2006 Moderators Share Posted December 30, 2006 I'm thinking the Transcoded Files Cache is when WMP is transferring to a DAP that doesn't handle something for instance like WMA Lossless. You're right it does need to be dealt with and cleaned!

(seems to just be thumbnails of videos that have been played)
