Analyzer problems

Hello all, I downloaded CCleaner 1.34 and when I run the analyzer after awhile of scanning I get an error saying CCleaner has encountered a problem and needs to close.

 

I am running firefox 2.0, use windows xp home edition and also have IE 7. Any ideas?

I read that thread before I posted , I dont have open office, I just tried to run the cleaner without the analyzer and got the same error, seems to be from a local temp folder or some such.

Strange, I tried to run the ccleaner again and it worked, I did change anything.

Sometime ago somebody or more than one person had problems due to something in the Temp folder and the solution was to manually delete the contents of the temp folder, or if the files were locked to use Unlocker to remove the files then restart Windows.

 

It's strange that CC would have a problem and then work all of a sudden, unless of course you rebooted in the meantime. Too bad CC doesn't deal with all locked files on reboot as it does the Internet Explorer index.dat file.
