WFZ
Hi - I've just moved onto IE7 but I've discovered that CCleaner doesn't clean as well as it used to. For example, the search history in the new search bar is not clearing. I am getting an ever expanding lisgt of previous searches. Thanks. stumpdog
Hi Ccleaner, do you have an eta for a fix for IE 7 compatability? Many thanks, SD.
dickJ
IE7 has not been retaining my UN/PW logins after running CCleaner then rebooting or shutting down. At the suggestion of 'Phil' (on the Computing.net Forum) I tried UNchecking 'delete index.dat files' on CCleaner and that seems to solve the problem. Moderators hazelnut Posted November 3, 2006 Moderators Share Posted November 3, 2006 Hello dickj and welcome to the forum, It has been discussed quite a lot on this forum recently and unchecking "delete index.dat files", and not having ccleaner run at startup while using IE 7, will solve the cookie problem for now until ccleaner becomes fully compatable with it.
