IMHO with a bit of knowledge and the right security setup you can go anywhere on the net.

Good list but this at 3?

I don't think its that big of a deal personally and would put it below all the others. Especially getting on a untrustworthy wifi network and illegal sites.

Call me naive but I'm pretty sure plain-text files can't actually do anything (unless they are stealth-renamed .exe ones) Or html? (yea, scripts - I know, but other than that ...?)

 

and as for number 7 - russian roulette for surfers ! lol Passes the day at work :P
