Need help cancelling my subscription

Hi I don't know where else to go, I don't have my Cleverbridge reference number because I think I deleted the email. I am trying to cancel my free trial of CCleaner Pro and cannot due to the fact that I don't have the reference number so I can't login to the account. I can provide my license key.

 

Please help me out anyone.

You can look up your Cleverbridge reference number here:

PS. Did you get an email from Cleverbridge?, did you give then your payment details? ( card/paypal/etc.)
There are different types of trial, some you have to give your payment detais first (30-day trial), others you don't (14-day trial).
If it is the totally Free (usually 14-day) trial then you will not have paid anything to Cleverbridge yet or given them your details.
So in that case you wouldn't have a Cleverbridge reference yet, and by the same token they would not have your details to charge you anything.

Hello, I have the same problem. I got the trial and it ends up 2 days later, on the 9th of August. However , I am not able to cancel my subscription since I dont have the cleverbridge number. I review the https://www.cleverbridge.com/?scope=cusecolp but my ccleaner number is not there.

So now I'm not able to cancel my subscription and also ccleaner support haven't answered me for 3 weeks now. remindeed 3 times.
