jamjar
Hi When I tried to update to the latest version just now, I got a message reading "error opening file for updating". I had unchecked "add yahoo toolbar" and "automatically check for updates". Should I press tab "ignore" and proceed? Thanks in advance John
Moderators TwistedMetal Posted September 15, 2006 Moderators Share Posted September 15, 2006 It would be best to just uninstall the old version first. If that doesn't work, just delete the CCleaner directory, and install the new version. Yeah, that sucks though because I thought that the point of CCleaner installing over itself was to keep your settings.
