Secure erase: Option to erase first and last 2k of a file

first of all ccleaner is really great.

 

So here is my suggestion:

 

- Option to erase just first and last 2k of a file i.e. a ultra quick erase ( Like in Eraser 5.8 )

doing that doesnt really do much and the files are still recoverable.

it'd be almost the same as just using 1 scan delete.

also, it needs to overwrite it to fully delete something.

im going to check out eraser and find out about this option though.

Then you might aswell just use regular file deletion since deleting first and last 2k of a file isn't secure deletion.

I'll be sticking to the older version of eraser. Tried the new one a little while back and it had some issues. They may have been fixed but I'll stick with the one I know works ok - 5.7.
