Idrive recommend that instead of using the Standard Windows Uninstaller (which is what CCleaner does)  you open the Start Menu > All Apps, find  idrive in the list and right click it, click uninstall.


If you are still having problems then see Methods 3 and 4 here (or Method 1 if you want to install the Revo Trial):
