Re-run recovery with folder structure option enabled

Hello, I am desperate and I need yor help :(. I just recovered files from windows.old that were somehow deleted. The problem with recovered files is that the file structure option was not checked by default (I had no idea there was such option), so currently I have a huge folder full of random files and I have no idea what is what. I tried to re-run scan but those files were not found again (documents, photos etc.) as they are probably considered recovered/existing. Is there a way to re-recovery the files with structure option enabled? :( thank you very much!
