I found a few older posts by employee Dave CCleaner at Free Subscription for Residents of Ukraine (12-May-2022) and CCleaner for Ukraine Licence Renewal (13-Nov-2022) but neither of those replies indicates if this March 2022 offer is still available in 2023.  The original 10-Mar-2022 announcement by parent company Avast at Avast's Response to the War in Ukraine only says "We are giving paying users an extension on their licenses for free. Users of our freemium products are now also able to get our premium products for free. And our existing free products are still available to those who want them without disruption....We continue to monitor the changing situation and will adjust our approach as needed".

Hi @aboobaw: we ran this offer for a bit over a year (from 16 March 2022 to 22 March 2023) but has been paused for the time being since:

1. Although it was a popular offering for the first few months, it looked like pretty much everyone who was interested in the offer had already taken it.  If they're already said "no thanks" a dozen times, continuing to pester our Ukrainian users who were happy to stay on the free version seemed more annoying than helpful.
2. As with any such offer that is left running for too long, news of it had spread far and wide - including to non-Ukrainian folks who took it as an opportunity to snap up some free licences and then resell them.
3. The licensing system that was being used to issue and extend these licence keys is being retired, so we had to pause things regardless.

Anyone who got one of these licences (and who wasn't sprung for being part of #2 above) has had their licence extended until March 2024 and so won't need to ask for a fresh licence key.  After we've sorted out #3 we'll take a look at reopening this offer at some point in the future, although possibly with a nominal ₴1 charge for slightly more robust entitlement verification.
