How do I uninstall CCleaner?

Try using the uninstaller in CCleaner itself to uninstall it (tools, highlight ccleaner and click uninstall) and please give more info on your Windows version and other info as it's hard to guess on your problem otherwise.

Where are you right clicking for example?

There is no uninstaller in CCleaner. All I see is a file folder under CCleaner and under that when I click on the down arrow it shows CCleaner Homepage. Right clicking does nothing. I found out it has put itself in my system files (system 32) when I click on the icon on my desktop. It even brings me to the location but I can delete it because it says I need administrative permission.

Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? See this link:
