I paid for CCcleaner professional but did not receive activation code

Yesterday, I paid (correctly) for the upgrade to CCcleaner professional. I did not receive any regitration information by email, but the payment has been made. Could you please my license status?

Please note that this is a user forum and, as such, the users here cannot look up your license information for you.

I've taken the liberty of removing the identifying information that you posted in your email to try to prevent identity theft or other unwanted maladies. (Not that our userbase would do such things, but the forum is open to all, and that can include bots and crawlers looking for such info.)

Check in your Spam or Junk folder first; it might have gotten sent there by mistake. If you don't locate it that way, I would also suggest trying: https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup

If you still do not receive the license details, please get in contact with our support team via the Contact Us form located here: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=86507 or by emailing support@ccleaner.com directly and we should be able to find it - that would most likely indicate that a typo was made in the email address you used to purchase with.
