Kamo will not start today

Hi @SAP services, I am very sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this. My recommendation would be to first try uninstalling and then reinstalling Kamo (you can use the following link to reinstall - https://www.ccleaner.com/go/get_kamo )


If this does not fix the problem, our support team which can be contacted via - support@ccleaner.com will be happy to assist you in resolving this. 

If at all possible (though you may not be able to do so at present), can you please send us your Kamo logs in the email?

You can generate these by opening Kamo and clicking the Menu button in the top right corner, selecting Help and then Save Logs from the menu that appears. (please see below image)



This will then open File Explorer with the Kamo_logs.zip file highlighted, please then attach that file to your email
