FabioA
Hello, I would like to know the meaning of this alert where the color is blue. I read in the Help section (What is the Smart Cleaning feature? – Piriform Support) that there are red and yellow notifications but not blue. Thanks to clarify. Moderators Nergal Posted October 18, 2022 Moderators Share Posted October 18, 2022 It's informing you that the minimum limit has been reached and is asking you do you want to clean. That said yours is quite low at 1/2 a GB. You can set this limit in options>smart cleaning. I have mine set to the default 1GB. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. FabioA
Hi Nergal, Thank you for your answer. May be the Help section is not updated? Because it isn´t mentioned any blue alert.
Moderators Nergal Posted October 19, 2022 Moderators Share Posted October 19, 2022 The blue is just a piriform color it isn't (too my knowledge) a color coded message ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. FabioA
Therefore, the Help should be updated. Currently, it appears the following: But never a blue alert is mentioned.
